Once you've placed your order on our website, we understand you would like to wear your beautiful sun hat as soon as possible. In order to ensure speedy and accurate delivery, we have set up our delivery services with several partners that provide the best service in your area. (DHL, DPD, Deutsche Post & GLS).
We will process your order, as soon as your payment method is cleared and you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has been processed in our warehouse it is ready for delivery to the address you have provided in your order.
Orders that are placed before 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will ship the next workday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
Please be aware that when your order has been processed, in our warehouse, it cannot be changed.
Once your order has left our warehouse we will send you a confirmation email including a track & trace code of your parcel. We ship to most European countries, please check out the below table for delivery times and costs to your country.
To ensure safe delivery of your beautiful sun hat, we pack our hats in boxes. Due to the box size the package must be accepted in person on the delivery address you have provided. In case you are not at home on the first delivery attempt, you will receive a notification through a note in your mailbox or via a track&trace link.

Due to recent changes in Trade regulations (Brexit) we do not accept orders from (and ship to) the U.K.
Shipping to outside of Europe is available. We use the service of UPS. In your cart you can calculate the shipping rate by entering your country and zip code. Please contact us at ecommerce@sunhats.eu for details on shipping to your country. When shipping outside of the EU it is possible you will have to incur import duties and taxes upon delivery.
Shipping to Norway is available, but it is possible you will have to incur import duties and taxes upon delivery.
We do our very best to deliver our sun hats in perfect condition. Should an item nevertheless not meet your expectations, you can submit a return within 45 days after receipt of the order. For more information about this please look at our Exchanges & Returns . The delivery charges relating to the return will be for your own account.
