The sun hats in our collections provide an easy way to adjust the size in order to ensure a perfect fit. They come either with an inner drawstring, a Velcro adjustment or a Comfy-Fit elastic adjustment. You can even wear your hat in windy conditions!
There is a tag on each hat that has recommended cleaning instructions, to ensure your hat will last even longer and keep its stylish shape.
Hand Wash: We recommend hand washing in cold water using a mild liquid hand soap. Air dry.
Spot Clean: We recommend you spot clean the dirty area with a wet wipe, or a damp cloth only. Air dry.
Do not use bleach or Woolite®. Do not dry clean or machine wash any of the hats, and only use cold water. Gently steam to remove any creases or wrinkles.

Not all sun hats are made from the same materials, so require unique packing methods. Most of our hats are crush-resistant and packable, ideal for travelling.
Hand washable & Crush-resistant: To pack these styles, push the crown of the hat straight down to flatten out the hat. Lay flat in your suitcase so that it won't get folded or creased. Gently steam your hat to remove any creases or wrinkles. Flexibraid, Cotton, Polypropylene, Polyester & Polybraid sun hats are crush-resistant.
Spot clean only for Raffia & natural fibres: Handle with care when packing, these hats are not crushable. Although their natural materials are durable, spot cleaning and handling with care ensures they last even longer and keep their stylish shape. To pack these styles, pack your clothes around the edges of your case leaving the middle of your case free for your hat. Place your hat upside down inside your case, and put scarves and other soft accessories inside the hat.

We ship to most countries. Delivery times may vary per country and per parcel service operating in your area.
We provide reliable standard shipping throughout Europe with GLS. In other areas we ship with SPRING GDS.

If you live outside of Europe and you would like to place an order, please contact us at ecommerce@sunhats.eu. We will send you a personal shipment quote for your area. Please be aware shipment times will be longer than European shipments.

Returns
We do our very best to deliver perfect products. Should an item nevertheless not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 45 days after receipt of the order. We will give you a full refund including original delivery charges (from our warehouse to your address). If you return a partial order to us, we will refund you the returned item(s) excluding delivery charges. You are however responsible for the return fees.
Please note that the returned item must have their original labels attached and be in the same condition upon receipt by you. Please use, when possible the original packaging.

Do you want to exchange your item for a different size, color or another item?
Unfortunately, we do not send you a replacement product, however you can return your item via the standard return procedure. We will refund you the item in full and you can place a new order for the item you would like. Please return it to us as described on our Returns page.
Have you received an item that is damaged or defective and you would like to make a warranty claim? Please contact our customer service department before returning the item. Please send us an email at ecommerce@sunhats.eu with your claim and order number.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your claim has been processed. Note that warranty-based returns may take a bit longer than normal returns. We will investigate your claim and will inform you if your claim can be accepted by us.
In case the claim is accepted, we will either replace the goods free of charge or give you a full refund, including reimburse you for your delivery costs, as per your preference.
